SteadyFlowEvery client, every process, and everything you owe them, in one workspace.
How it works

A conversation first, then a workspace that is already yours.

You are not handed a login and left to work out which of thirty screens you need. We start with how your business actually runs, and the system you log into has already been set up around that answer. Four phases, and the last one never really finishes.

01

Show me how your business works

A conversation, not a demo. What you keep track of, what a client actually means in your business, where work goes missing, and what your team keeps having to ask each other. I am listening for the shape of the thing, not running through a feature list.

  • What you keep track of, and what you wish you did
  • What a client is to you: an account, a customer, a patient, a job
  • Who is on the team and what each of them needs to see
02

I shape your workspace

I set the system up around that conversation. Which parts you get and which stay switched off, what a client page holds, how your work is grouped, who can see money and who cannot. You are not handed an empty workspace with a help centre attached.

  • Only the modules that make sense for your business
  • Client pages carrying the fields you actually use
  • Access levels set so client-facing people never see the figures
03

Your team starts working from it

Your clients and their history come in, and each person gets their own view of the system rather than the whole thing at once. From there the work lands in one place: the update, the task, the decision, the file, all against the client they belong to.

  • Your existing client list brought in and cleaned on the way
  • A per-person view, so nobody starts by being overwhelmed
  • The review queue filling itself in as the system learns your dates
04

It keeps fitting

Using it is what tells you what else it should do. Some of that is configuration and it just gets changed. Some of it is genuinely new functionality, and when it makes sense I build that into your workspace rather than pointing you at another tool.

  • Changes to the setup as the business changes
  • New functionality scoped on a call and quoted in writing first
  • A direct line to the person who built it, on every plan
Day one

What you log into is a book that already knows your business.

Every client you look after, carrying the things your business actually tracks, with who owns them and what happens next. From there it keeps track of the dates on its own, and the review queue fills itself in as it learns your rhythm.

Pricing shape

From $29 a month, and no per-seat games.

The base plan is $29 a month with your whole team included. Bigger books and teams move up to Growing at $99 or Pro at $249, with a custom Enterprise tier above that, and we work out which one fits on the call. Setting your workspace up around your business is part of getting started; building something it does not do yet is scoped and quoted separately.
