Built By An Operator

Built directly with the person doing the work.

I'm Ashton. I started SteadyFlow after watching good businesses lose time and leads to work AI can simply handle: answering the same questions, chasing the same follow-ups, moving the same data between tools.

SteadyFlow is for owners who want practical AI installed without hiring an internal AI team. You work directly with the builder, not a ticket queue.

Every system is designed around your business, tested before it goes live, and built to represent you accurately. You'll have my personal email and phone number from day one.

FAQ

Common questions.

It is a working system that gets shaped around your business, which is deliberately not the same thing as either option you are used to. The product already exists, so nobody is starting from a blank page or quoting you for one. What is yours is the setup: what you track, what a client page holds, which parts you get, who sees what. And if your business needs something the system does not do, that part does get built.

No. Everything the tour shows is already running, and every screenshot on this site is the real product. You are paying a monthly plan for a system that exists, set up around how you work. Custom functionality beyond that is scoped and quoted separately, so it is a decision you make later with a number in front of you, not a blank cheque at the start.

No. We talk through how your business runs, and I configure your workspace before your team logs in. You are not handed an empty workspace and a help centre.

That is the normal case, and it is the reason the setup conversation happens first. An agency, a contractor and a clinic all keep track of different things and mean different things by a client, so they do not get the same SteadyFlow. Yours only carries the parts that make sense for you, and each person on your team can be given their own view of it.

Tell me. If it makes sense I build it into your workspace rather than sending you off to buy another tool, which is how the work ends up split across six places again. Not every request makes sense and I will say so. Anything beyond setting up what already exists is scoped on a call and quoted in writing first.

It is your back office, and the client is the unit. A CRM is built to win deals and a project tool is built to ship a project, so neither has a good answer for the client you already have and have to keep looking after. SteadyFlow gives that client a page: their updates, their tasks, their decisions, their contacts, their files, and who owns the relationship.

Only your workspace, and only the parts you can see yourself. Answers are grounded in your records, client pages, notes and how-tos, never the open web and never anyone else's data. Permissions are enforced in the database rather than in the prompt, so a teammate who cannot open an account cannot get an answer about it. Every request is logged, and anything the AI wants to build is proposed for your approval first.

That is the design constraint behind everything. Nobody has to learn a system: you open a client and write, the way you would in a document. The parts they have never had, like follow-ups that resurface themselves and a queue of the accounts that have gone quiet, work without anyone doing anything.

Yes, per person. A teammate set to relationship manager sees the accounts, the history and the work, and no money at all. The figures are stripped on the server before the page is ever sent, so they are not hidden in the markup waiting to be found.

The base plan is $29 a month, and your whole team is included on it. Bigger books and teams move up to Growing at $99 or Pro at $249 for more room and features like client portals and integrations, with a custom Enterprise tier above that. Setting your workspace up around your business is part of getting started. Building something the system does not do yet is scoped and quoted separately.

Month-to-month, cancel anytime, and your data is one click from a full export at any moment: every record as CSV plus your notes, forms, and automations. No lock-in is a feature, not a slogan.
