What the plan covers, and what gets quoted.

Your plan is the system itself: every part of SteadyFlow your business uses, your whole team, and getting it set up around how you work. Shaping the setup is part of getting started, and changing it later as the business changes is part of using it.

Custom functionality is different. If your business needs something the system does not do yet, that is real development work: it gets scoped on a call and quoted in writing before anything is built, and you decide with the number in front of you. It still lives inside your workspace rather than becoming another tool to log into.

You are not routed to a ticket queue. Questions, feedback, and requests go straight to the person who built your workspace, and what you ask for shapes what gets built next. Big software cannot offer that. We can, so we do, on every plan.

The base plan is $29 a month. Growing is $99 and Pro is $249 for bigger books, more room and features like client portals and integrations, with Enterprise priced to your business. Every plan includes your whole team, and we work out which one fits on the call.

Morning briefs, questions you ask the workspace, reports, import mapping, cleanups, and per-record summaries. Every AI request is visible in your workspace log, so usage is never a mystery.

Nothing breaks and nothing runs up a surprise bill. The workspace tells you when you are at the edge of your plan, and moving up is a conversation, not an automatic charge. Usage is visible to you the whole time.

Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Your data is one click from a full export at any moment, so leaving is genuinely possible, which is exactly why you will not feel trapped staying.

No. We talk through how your business runs and I configure your workspace before your team logs in: which parts you get, what a client page holds, and who can see what. Your existing client list comes in and gets cleaned on the way. Every plan also comes with a direct line to the builder, so when something needs changing you say so and it gets changed.

It gets built into your workspace rather than becoming another tool you log into. Because that is real development work it sits outside the monthly plan: describe what you need, and you get the approach and the price in writing before anything is built. Not every request makes sense and I will say so.
